Charlottesville Ende Gelande: Strategies 4 Climate Justice

Ende Gelande (Here and No Further): Strategies and Stories for Climate Justice. The German Resistance collective that shut down coal and inspired thousands to stand together to keep fossil fuel in the ground, will visit Charlottesville as a central, if not directly affected, point near the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline as one stop on their “Scaling Up the Resistance U.S. Tour”.

Please join us to learn of their successes in organizing and resistance on Saturday, March 23 from 6-9 pm. Lobo Marino and Friends will play from 8-9 pm.

The event will be held at Sojourners United Church of Christ, at the corner of Elliott and Monticello Avenues in Charlottesville, VA. Enter the parking lot from Monticello Avenue or park on Montrose Ave. Entrance in the back of the building facing away from Monticello Avenue. Doors open 5:45 and the event begins promptly at 6.
