We have invited Attorney General Mark Herring to join us. We request that he:
1) halt work on Mountain Valley Pipeline,
2) pursue his lawsuit against MVP to its fullest and refuse to settle the case,
3) reverse his staff’s poor legal advice and affirm the state’s authority to revoke the 401 certification it granted.
