Maryland has the opportunity to be the first state to legislatively ban fracking, and our state senators and delegates need to hear from their constituents in order to make it happen!
This march will round out our series of lobby days bringing together Marylanders from across the state to showcase our widespread support to #KeepItInTheGround and keep Maryland frack-free. We’ll converge on Annapolis to let our legislators know that THIS is the year to safeguard the future of Maryland’s health, communities and climate by passing a statewide ban on fracking.
The most impactful thing you can do to help keep fracking out of Maryland’s borders before the moratorium expires in October 2017 is to show our legislators we are not backing down.
