CCAN is an action-oriented group. We're not looking for electronic activists, we're looking for people who are ready to stand up, grab a sign, and take to the streets (or the bay!) We are a grassroots group that focuses on active members to win campaigns, and we are winning.

SUPPORT A CAMPAIGN - CCAN runs a variety of campaigns to fight global warming right here in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Fight for renewable energy in Virginia. Demand global warming solutions in Maryland. Demand that your city sign the Kyoto Protocol.

JOIN A CHAPTER - CCAN chapters provide critical grassroots support to help us fight global warming. Community chapters participate in days of action, set up constituent meetings, faciliate film screenings and more. Chapter members also receive training in how to be an active and effective proponent of social change.

CAMPUS CLIMATE CHALLENGE - Colleges and universities are leading the way in the fight against global warming. Students are inventing the newest clean energy technologies, designing the most efficient green buildings, and pushing state and local policy. And you can too!

VOLUNTEER FOR CCAN - CCAN is always looking for volunteers to help with everything from tabling at events to graphic design. Take our volunteer survey so that we can match your interests with our needs.
