The Plunge Fundraising Guide has a step-by-step process on how to do your outreach, information on key promotional dates when you’re likely to get the most donations, fundraising tricks, social media tips, and detailed information about what your supporters are funding by supporting CCAN.
      • Planning Your Outreach Worksheet
        Following our Plunge Fundraising Guide, this outreach worksheet will help you plan, step by step, who you’re going to reach out to and will help you track who you are asking.
      • Email Template
        Borrow our template to jump-start your outreach. Personalize this email and send it out to your friends and family.
      • Phone Call Sample Script
        While emails and social media are great, there’s nothing like a good old-fashioned phone call to get people to support your plunge. Here’s a quick script that you can use to guide your conversation.
      • Social Media Pack
        To make your outreach even easier, we have shareable images and suggested posts. Check out each pack and use what appeals to you. And always feel free to customize so your friends know it’s really you posting.
      • Offline Donation Tracking Form
        If you’re speaking with people one-on-one or in a group, you can take in donations in the form of cash or check. Keep track of them on this document and send this along with donations to CCAN to get them input and credited to your plunge.
