Beyond Extreme Energy: Take Action at FERC

Beyond Extreme Energy is a week-long direct action drawing attention to the rubber-stamping practices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.  For too long, FERC has approved dozens of natural gas projects, impacting communities with fracking, pipelines, compressor stations, export facilities and more! Rally to Stop the Atlantic Coast Pipeline

In September, Dominion Resources announced plans to build a 550-mile, $5 billion pipeline, called the “Atlantic Coast” project, to carry fracked natural gas from West Virginia, through Virginia, and into North Carolina. Unfortunately, Gov. McAuliffe stood with Dominion to endorse this harmful fossil fuel project.
