Yesterday was a long day for Virginia’s House of Delegates. After close to a three hour session, the House Commerce and Labor Committee had a brief meeting with the full committee before settling into a marathon meeting of the Special Subcommittee on Energy.

On hand with Delegate Ebbin were folks representing the solar industries, Ken Hutcheson from the Virginia Alternative and Renewable Energy Association (VA-REA), Kent Baake, president of Continuum Energy Solutions and member of the Solar Energy Industries Association, also with Mitch King of Old Mill Power Company.
